Topsolar’s Distributor in UK, MAP environmental recently became the first company to receive a Photovoltaic Module Microgeneration Certification Mark through the British Board of Agreement (see also buildingtalk.com article 1 and article 2) for Topsolar module manufactured by Shanghai TopSolar Green Energy Co., Ltd.

The Microgeneration Certification Mark is indicative of top quality microgeneration products and gives consumers an easy to use list of preferred microgeneration products. The Microgeneration Certification Scheme's Microgeneration Certification Mark is also required in order to receive the grant available for renewable energy installations through the Low Carbon Buildings Programme , meet the Code for Sustainable Homes, and comply with the Standard Assessment Procedure for Energy Rating of Dwellings.
